Jon, trading as JaveaWebDesign, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@javeawebdesign.com.

The enquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address and a short description of what the business needs. We also receive information you choose to include in later emails or project discussions.

We use enquiry information to reply, assess the requested work, prepare a quotation and take steps towards a contract when you ask us to do so. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list without separate permission.

The website hosting service processes ordinary technical request data needed to display the site. Form submissions are passed through FormSubmit so they can be delivered by email. Email and hosting providers may also process information only as needed to supply those services.

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the conversation and related administration. Customer and transaction records may need to be retained for longer where accounting, tax or legal obligations apply.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you and request correction or deletion where the law allows. You may also object to or ask for restrictions on certain processing. Send the request to hello@javeawebdesign.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe personal information has been handled unlawfully.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect enquiry information. This page may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change.
